The group leader must be the person responsible for all communications with us. We will not discuss any details of the booking with anyone other than the group leader, even if you have the booking reference and are a member of that group. Also, the group leader's e-mail address must be the only e-mail address used for correspondance. This is to ensure that search times are kept to a minimum and that we provide the best level of service possible to you when you have any queries/problems.

ANY CHANGES THAT NEED TO BE MADE AFTER THE SUBMISSION WILL BE SUBJECT TO AN ADMINISTRATION CHARGE OF £10.00 PER CHANGE.

THE ACCOMMODATION THAT WE PROVIDE, ALTHOUGH CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE, WILL BE BASIC AND IS CLASSED AS BUDGET ACCOMMODATION; HOWEVER UNLIKE ALL BUDGET ROOMS IN AMSTERDAM, YOU WILL NOT BE MADE TO SHARE WITH PEOPLE OUTSIDE OF YOUR GROUP BOOKING. ROOM SIZES COMPRISE OF 2, 4, 6, AND 8 PERSONS SHARING – (PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ARE COMFORTABLE IN SHARING WITH ALL PERSONS IN YOUR GROUP)
